Please adopt html to kotlinx.html Intellij plugin

This plugin works 90% of the way, but isn't quite right. It's no longer maintained. Please make it an official part of the kotlinx.html project, as it significantly cuts down on the effort required to use third party markup from the web.

The new K2 compiler breaks this plugin. It's an enormously useful plugin for creating components based on tailwind/flowbite etc.

The source seems reasonably manageable - please take a look and see if can be forked and fixed up.
