新建集群失败三个节点(一个master和两个work节点)均提示"Source '/opt/kubeoperator/k8s.tar.gz' does not exist"，我在离线安装包内并未找到这个gz文件，这个是在线下载的吗？

如果是离线包安装，k8s.tar.gz 这个文件是在 nexus raw 仓库中的。
看你截图中报错信息，很有可能是下载该压缩包的时候就失败了，可以先自行看一下nexus日志来定位问题。

刚才看了以下，nexus没有正常启动，启动之后重试安装程序，现在在
"准备 Kubernetes 组件"步骤时一个主节点和一个work节点提示"All items completed"
