Bug 描述
ubuntu18 部署swapoff使用了绝对路径 导致kubelet 启动失败 从而使集群初始化失败
建议 加入软连接: ln -s /sbin/swapoff /usr/sbin/swapoff (来自ubuntu18使用者)
