相比于 Python ，golang 可以更加方便的实现跨平台二进制的分发。相比之下会更适合做成 cli 。不过要评估 Go 是否有对应的依赖

  1. pandas 类似的数据分析库
  2. matplotlib 类似的方便的绘图库。如果无法方便的绘图，实现一个 go 版本的不划算。
