提供对 Gitlab 的支持。

可以考虑设置一个全局的 options --gitlab

此外，需要支持 gitlab-ce 和 gitlab-ee 以及 gitlab.com

@fengkuok Hi, 我刚刚看了一下 ，Gitlab 已经支持了 GraphQL ，可以进行后续的研发了。
