1.斜杠 / 左右是否应该加空格？
2.引号问题，“”、 ""、还是 「」？是否需要把全部的 <quote></quote> 改掉？
3.破折号，英文用的是 &mdash;，中文部分全部改为 ——？

我的个人意见，供大家参考：

  1. 如果斜杠两侧都是英文或数字，则不加空格，只要有中文，加空格为宜。
  2. 用中文引号 “”。但是我觉得 <quote></quote> 应该用缩进段落来表比较好？
  3. 全部改成全角破折号 ——，两个字长。
