Rework set edit form

The current set edit and add pages, respectively at /author/scat-css/[id]/edit and /author/scat-css/add, are currently outdated. A new implementation of the set edit form component was started in #547. This implementation also introduces automatic form generation for species using the generated JSON schemas. The current problem is that switching between the different species options results in very different form properties. Such dynamic forms are quite hard to handle.

There are several other, more concise issues that should be fixed as part of this issue:
