Custom notification words

The ability to add your own custom words which would trigger notifications would be a great addition to the app.

Certain channels use keywords to indicate event (for example: a IRC chat linked to a forum might post POST: [link] on new forum posts). The ability to assign custom words for notifications, not only your name, would be useful
