We're using pnpm as our package manager.

pnpx allow-scripts auto

I found pnpm has an interesting config called "neverBuiltDependencies". I proposed pnpm to reverse this option to onlyBuiltDependencies in pnpm/pnpm#4001 so pnpm will have native support for it.
