Reset link after opening files through URL?

Right now, the URL parameters to open a file persist even after the file was opened. That means the file is opened again if, for some reason, the page is loaded again. Since libertem-server retains the state between page loads this would open the dataset multiple times.

Wouldn't it be better if the parameters are reset after a dataset is loaded successfully?

Discussed during the PR, left as-is because the behaviour was intentional.

Personally I think I lean more on the side of resetting the URL than not doing so.
