feature(1.2.0): "Share Cleaner" function

Feature description

There's a existing app on the Play Store called "Clean Share", which act as a share target. When you share a link to it, it would opens the share menu again with the cleaned link. But the downside of it is that it only has a extremely limited set of builtin rules, and it provide no import-export rules function at all. I think it make sense to implement this function in LinkSheet, since the related modules were already present in it.
