Describe the bug
I had been using Lively for several hours in an intense coding session, and the Scene Graph navigator stopped updating (I had been using it extensively). I closed the navigator, closed all inspectors and editors, and then re-instantiated the component I was working on...and the tab was still blank. You can see from the screenshot that there was a component on the page but the Scene Graph navigator was empty

To Reproduce
Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) it doesn't happen often, and only after I've been working on stuff a lot.

When this happens, does other stuff break too? Have you seen any errors in the console, @rickmcgeer?

Not that I'm aware of, @linusha , and I did look. Sorry I can't be more helpful
