is there a way to allow commands to work on someone who doesnt have OP ( luck perms ) essential x

I have created groups and paths that have commands such as essential x commands and even tho everything is enabled and working on OP when I am still in the group with such commands without OP I am no longer able to use the commands is there a way to fix this because that defeats the whole purpose of setting up the commands I want my friend who doesnt have OP to be able to tp to me so i set her in a group that does have the tp commands but she isnt able to use them.. but in OP its all fine???
