BUG: 现用TUN虚拟网卡地址与现实内网地址冲突 #666

描述问题

软件现在设置的TUN虚拟网卡地址为172.19.0.1，与实用中型内部网络地址冲突，例如企业的局域网。

建议使用198.18.0.0~198.19.255.255范围内的保留地址，并且新增一个配置TUN地址的设置选项。
