描述建议

App 没有隔段时间，自动测试延迟，然后自动选择最快节点功能

建议的必要性

当你一直开着VPN ，但是会出现突然网络变慢的情况，就是因为在某国不是同一个节点可以使用保持最快，导致在线视频卡顿！！需要人工再测速，再选择最快节点，不人性化，非常麻烦！！
