Activating full parsing does not immediately full parse #726

Trying to solve this issue:
#725

i open the file with Full parsing disabled. Then I enable it but doesn't automatically full parse. I have to do File - Close file - reopen. If there were an option to "reload"...

Full parsing does not take effect immediately and the option is not preserved after closing and reopening the program.
