In the following example we have an XDCAM-50 file with the following audio layout:

  • Track1: DolbyE 5.1 + 2.0
  • Track2: DolbyE 5.1 + 2.0
  • Track3: PCM Stereo
  • Track4: PCM Stereo

When it's muxed in .mxf, DolbyE is correctly detected, however when it's muxed in .mkv, PCM is displayed.
