[Feature Request] energy and speed optimisation

hello

i have 3 disk pool
":1" with 16hdd set for spindown afer 5 min 20tb
":2" with 4hdd set for spindown afer 1H 4tb
":3" with 5ssd allways on 1tb

my ide is to automatic move or copy tv show or other movie to the best pool

if

a user read "S.H.I.E.L.D" the serie is in ":1" then will be automaticaly copied into ":3"
a other read "stargate" the serie is in ":1" then will be automaticaly copied into ":3" if not enough place in ":3" the oldest show not played sinse ex:15day go to ":2"

that a solution for performance with the ssd pool and for energy saving ssd consum less and 4 hdd less than 16hdd

the only problem i see is that on smb share emby have no monitoring of free space and a field to set the minimum freespace wanted
