@moshe010 I suppose it's Rocky linux .
@yug0slav we're going to support Centos or RHEL-based images only.

We plan to release network operator by ~end of Nov with support for ubi images https://catalog.redhat.com/software/containers/ubi8/ubi-minimal/5c359a62bed8bd75a2c3fba8.
will that help you?

Hi

@moshe010
i do not see any reference on that feature in 1.1.0 release note, can you confirm it ?

@yug0slav
do you succeed deploying on centos ?

@seb-835 @yug0slav network operator doesn't support CentOS/RHEL/Rocky at the moment. It works with Ubuntu with vanilla k8s and RHCOS with OpenShift only

lately support was added to RHEL 8.

the main gap here is getting support for MOFED driver container for the relevant distro.
if this is not something thats needed for u, network-operator should work with its current form.

else (support for MOFED is needed) then i would suggest to contact NVIDIA support for the request.

@seb-835 @yug0slav LMK if this issue is still relevant.

will close the issue in ~2 weeks if no response
