Currently opened should always be on top

This happens only when all download projects are "local", not uploaded

I could not replicate this one.
The ProjectsModel sorting will always sort a project with the isActiveProject role set first, so the screenshot implies that the role was not set when sorting the list, but was set when choosing a delegate and drawing the sections...
