What happened?

No notification was sent. When we fix this we should post to the Octagon channel (1061266745698041876).

What did you expect to happen?

There should be a message sent to the Champion's League channel (760181556765130752) letting us know about the new guild so we can approve it.

How can we reproduce the problem (as minimally as possible)?

Create a verified guild

Is there anything else we need to know?
