Update alt text for badges related to dependencies

When using message and label for a dependency, use "Made with X" in the md label to avoid maintaining the number in two places.

e.g. Inputs: Label: Ruby Message: >=2.6

Result:

[![Made with Ruby](https://img.shields.io/badge/Ruby->=2.6-blue?logo=ruby)]()

This might appear on the Generic badges page so maybe a flag is needed, or detect use of >/= etc.

Also this is relevant for the Catalogue page.
