Hello, I have encountered this problem during use, can you give me some guidance

Is this in your project? I don't think this has anything to do with Kronos if so? It looks like something is wrong with the path of the Podfile.lock it's trying to discover, note /Podfile.lock should probably be /path/to/your/srcroot/Podfile.lock
