Is there an existing issue for this?

  • I have searched the existing issues

Describe the feature

When pull requests are opened, or new commits are made, we should have an action that checks the code style of all modified code and blocks merge until it's fixed.

I would like to work on this issue, if it's still relevant!

The style we are using is custom? Or does it follow an existing format?
