We have _regions support for Towny right now, but I'd like to be able to reference other player/towny options.

Like, is the player a mayor, what town do they belong to, are they in their own plot, town abbreviation, etc.

That may be do-able. I currently have that in my private server plugins. Although its not part of ModDamage.
