Add a log viewing tab in webserver.

Implementation Details

Re use editors code to load files.
- Make it read only.
- filter files to .log files
  - Make that filter actually customizable but warn that it should not changed unless user knows what they are doing.
  - Default filter made
- Auto refresh at a configurable interval (Not a browser refresh but a file refresh in editor)
