Lua action sends a warning, informing Node version is deprecated.
Action is used multiple times in this repo, and also in package site repo

The message from leafo/gh-actions-lua reads:

Node.js 16 actions are deprecated. Please update the following actions to use Node.js 20: leafo/gh-actions-lua@v10, leafo/gh-actions-luarocks@v4. For more information see: https://github.blog/changelog/2023-09-22-github-actions-transitioning-from-node-16-to-node-20/.

Expected result of feature

Upstream needs to ugrade Node 16 to 20. No warning shown to Mudlet.
