Is this what the send funds form is supposed to look like?

Just installed the latest release (Windows 64 Bit) and when I try to send funds, the form is just a mess,

4 unidentifiable fields (and just three descriptions), the actual field descriptions (I suppose) come up as "echo somethingsomething"

Tried different languages (btw the selector for Spanish does nothing, gives you two options, but clicking either results in zilch), and the form is unusable in all cases.

What gives? ;)
