FR: MT Inset Block

Agile Requirement
As a business owner, I want to display an Inset block to promote certain technologies to the users (e.g. electric trucks).

Description
Create a new block that allows content editors to achieve the above mentioned designs by adding an image, a title, come text and a button.

Acceptance Criteria
-As an editor, I can add the new block to any page.
-As an editor, I can select between the two variants.
-As an editor, I can configure these variants (Bronze or Grey) by adding:

• An image
• A title
• Informative text
• A button

-As a user, when I click on the button I'm redirected to the link added by the content editor when configuring the block.
-The design follows the specifications in Figma (links in the "Agile Requirement" section).
