Agile requirement
As a business owner, I want to be able to display an image and some text following the designs.

Description

Create a new block with two variants.
Variant 1 - allows content editors to add an image and some text displaying these as in the design.
Variant 2 - allows content editors to add an image, some text and a button as in the design.

Acceptance Criteria

1. As a content editor, I can add the new "Intro section" block to any page.
2. As a content editor I can configure the block's variant 1 by adding an image and some text.
3. As a content editor I can configure the block's variant 2 by adding an image, some text and a button with a link.
4. The design and style follows the figma specifications for variant 1 and variant 2 for mobile and desktop (for tablet we will be copying the mobile design).
5. As a user, when I click on the button within variant 2, I'm redirected to the link configured by the editor.
