minimizing non-domain UI:

• Courses should have a configurable default type for adding new content
  • step: make blanks the default type for all types first
    • BUG! the above is broken.
• improve autofocus on editing areas
• move media upload btns behind 'submit' in tab-index
• enable ctrl-enter submit?
• ... and an undo button?

features:

• Reinstate edit on existing content
• look at multiple-choice "splitting" options. ie, creating multiple cards of varying difficulty (diff #s of options, harder/easier distractors) from one md input

cosmetics:

• side-by-side editor and preview on wide-screens

bugs:

• uploaded audio remains present on "next blank card" after submitting content
