Enhancement description

To improve performance of the instantiation part of pkgs-check-by-name, it may be possible to mock stdenv.mkDerivation, so that even less of the package needs to be evaluated in order to return the info we need.

This might not be feasible or too risky.

Observation from the review of NixOS/nixpkgs#275539, pkgs/test/nixpkgs-check-by-name/src/eval.nix
