目前各個 component 自行解析 server 回傳的 error response 去產生錯誤訊息給使用者，預期在 api.ts 的 interceptor 能夠集中處理，透過與後端定義 error code，以及在 i18n 中定義各個 code 的 localized message 和 fallback message
