Custom viewer count

The actual viewer selector bar doesnt work as it should.
When placing big proxy lists such as 2k proxies it will just try up to a maximum of 150 if 150 viewers is selected, this is not the expected result. Also, it would be better to change the bar for a manual value input (this would also work as a quick fix for the previous error)
