Integration test is missing

Previously, Integration test is provided in this repo, but couldn't find it now.
The same for /test/index.html

Would you please include them, so that we can start with a fully functioning renderer?

We have went through the guide, however, demo-opencerts-renderer does not have integration script while decentralized-renderer-react-template does not have the detailed samples for complex certificate and transcript template. It will be great if there is a single demo project covers all the aspects of currently working V1.5 renderer and guide us through for the migration to V2.0.
