Document different WireTypes

Explain the different values of net.openhft.chronicle.wire.WireType and the different features/tradeoffs of each. Suggest we do this with a table of properties such as "self describing", "human readable", etc.

As well as yes/no properties, we should also have columns for variable properties e.g. "size" which could contain the number of bytes needed to encode a reference object. Likewise latency.

We should also explain the relationship between BytesMarshallable and Wire marshalling
