Prerequisites

Describe the issue

Considering a minimized Orange navbar with a page with a lot of content (scroll bar appears) then pressing Tab key several tab make the scrollbar move to the top of the page.

Reduced test cases

  1. Go to the Sticky navbar example or simply the main page of the documentation
  2. Scroll down until the bottom of the page
  3. Click on the Orange navbar
  4. Press several times Tab key

Expected: focus changes but the content doesn't move/the scroll bar doesn't move

This bug seems to be resolved since Firefox 108. Keeping the PR for older versions of FF and Safari.
