For some Android devices, bgra8unorm-storage is not supported

Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Failed to execute 'requestDevice' on 'GPUAdapter': Unsupported feature: bgra8unorm-storage

Better make it as an optional choice and implement a compatibility plan
