Describe the bug

ValueError: dimensions of x should be 4, but received 2 != 4

运行脚本videotag_test.py出现报错，paddle1.8和paddle2.0都试过了，报一样的错，是为什么呢

是否可以提供完整的报错信息，以及可以尝试更新paddle到2.6版本
