Is your feature request related to a problem?

Yes, creating a new Zone in a Panorama template enables 'Packet Buffer Protection' by default, the Terraform provider does not
The network resource panos_zone does not currently have support to enable or disable this setting

Describe the solution you'd like

Add an optional boolean argument on panos_zone resources to support enabling this setting such as enable_packet_buffer_protection

Describe alternatives you've considered

Enabling this setting manually after creating a new Zone via Terraform
