Add the option for users to specify on a per server basis if they want to use the old bungee cord forwarding method.

Or the new better one.

This would allow hybrid network of more secure newer servers.
And legacy support for older servers on the network.

e.g.
Server1:
-'Modern Skyblock 2'
bungeelegacy: true
Server2:
-'Vanilla1_15

For security it should either default to modern or autodetect,

You can use BungeeCord forwarding as "legacy"

theres about 200 other things that are more important for us, as a volunteer open source piece of software, some of which is required for this to even be viable, however, for various reasons, I cannot approach atm.

You are more than welcome to PR or find somebody willing to find an acceptable solution for this to do so, until then, this is effectively on the backburner.
