Rod Smite does not say it was done into chat as an admin log

What did you expect to happen?

Smites typically have a popup, a-la

What happened instead?

No "smite" message sent.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

Knowing when a rod is natural or when Exavere wants to send twenty at the Clown is important.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Rod Smite someone.

When did the problem start happening?

Rod Smite was just added.
