payum stripe subscription don't work?

I tried this code https://github.com/Payum/Payum/blob/master/docs/stripe/subscription-billing.md but it doesn't work for subscription. normal payment seems fine.

I have a similar issue with using saved card. I suspect either the docs are not up to date or something has changed on the Stripe side (or both).

Looking at Stripe's documentation, it appears you need to create a customer but this is not covered in the docs.
