I use Travis, Coveralls.io, and Codecov.io, but I don't use them for all projects.

Testing for the presence of a .travis.yml file in the repo is a simple way to check if the project uses Travis, but it might be prohibitively expensive to do that for hundreds of repos every cron run.

The others are trickier to check.
