Carrying Pext with you everywhere could be nice.

This should probably be implemented with a --portable and --no-portable flag, making --portable save everything in a subdirectory of where the Pext binary is, and a few extra builds that use the --portable flag by default (so it can be overwritten with --no-portable).

Would be very helpful in areas like schools or areas where you don't have admin access!

23fb7da fixes this on the code side, but we will still need Travis and AppVeyor builds of "portable" versions (standalone versions that pass the --portable flag by default)

Since 819fb27 this has been resolved for Linux and macOS. We just need a Windows developer to help out with the AppVeyor build.

Since 522c9fb modules are now made aware of Pext running in portable mode and work can be done to make them behave more self-contained then.
