Feature request: allow comments on talks

They shouldn't be public, but should allow interested parties to submit questions or suggestions to authors for consideration in preparing the talk. E.g. someone may wonder whether the talk is about X, because the description is ambiguous. This would allow the author to clarify the description to show that the talk is really more about Y.
