While deploying for the new releases, there were some new issues encountered.
This issue is encountered by end-users when PowerPointLabs attempts to update itself to the new version. I suspect it occurs because there were multiple deployments of the same version to the server, and thus the duplicates modified the application identity of the deployment.
To fix this, the developer that is deploying the app should clear his ClickOnce cache and redeploy PowerPointLabs with a different version.
