Is there an existing issue for this?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Yes, on the search page attached to the right of the search query input is a vibrantly colored magnifying glass button. It's placement, color and icon misleadingly suggests it would initiate a search, however, it instead opens the search query options menu.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like the icon of the button to be changed to something indicating an options. The color of the button should also be changed to match similar buttons and the color of the search button should be changed to that of the current magnifying glass button.

Describe alternatives you've considered

N/A

Anything else?

I know this is a small issue but I keep intuitively pressing the button to initiate the search.

Here is a mockup of what it could look like. I used the material design tune icon.

This is intentional - search is to search... the icon changes based on the search type selected

what icon would you suggest for a basic text base query?

I see, I didn't realize that the icon changed when you selected a different option as the only time I pressed it was on instinct when trying to initiate a search when I'm too lazy to move my hand over to the enter key. I just presumed the pop-up was advanced query options but I should have actually checked.

On most platforms the magnifying glass represents the search button, for example, Google, Bing, Microsoft Windows, Nyaa, 1337x, etc. I don't think its unreasonable to expect that the most vibrant, unlabeled button with the classic search icon to be the one that initiates the search.

At bare minimum, the search button should be the one vibrantly colored and the search type button search be the one with the default colors. It also needs a label to actually indicate what is for. I also see no reason why it
