Missing Idaho 2020 election data

Description

Election data is missing for these four states

• Idaho (2020)
• Kentucky (2020)
• New Jersey (2020)
• West Virginia (2016 and 2020)

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open or create a map on any of those four states
2. If the map is created, do some redistricting
3. Click "Evaluate" and "Competitiveness"

Expected behavior

There is 2020 data for those four states and 2016 data for West Virginia as well. After following the steps to reproduce, one is able to see the combined PVI, the 2016 PVI and the 2020 PVI.

Actual behavior

After following the steps to reproduce, in the case of West Virginia, it will say N/A, and for the other three states it will not have the drop-down menu to toggle between Combined 2016 / 2020 PVI, 2016 PVI, and 2020 PVI.

I've checked again and the issue is fixed for Kentucky, New Jersey, and West Virginia. This leaves Idaho. Thanks for fixing them btw
