select null from #system.dual()

throws exception

System.NotSupportedException: Token null(Null) at position 7 cannot be used here.

TO INVESTIGATE: This possibly can have side effect as it would turn out that the column type for a set operators would need to be promoted to nullable if doesn't support nullability out of box.
